„Pachamanca“ 🔥 Das ist ein traditionelles

„Pachamanca“ 🔥

Das ist ein traditionelles peruanisches Erdofen-Gericht, dessen Name aus dem Quechua stammt:
• „Pacha“ bedeutet Erde
• „Manca“ bedeutet Topf
also wörtlich: „Topf aus der Erde“.

Dabei wird ein Loch in den Boden gegraben, mit heißen Steinen ausgelegt, und darin werden Fleisch, Kartoffeln, Süßkartoffeln, Mais und Bohnen geschichtet, mit Sträuchern oder Getreide abgedeckt und mehrere Stunden gegart.

Es ist ein uraltes, gemeinschaftliches Kochritual, oft bei Festen, Erntedank oder Familienfeiern praktiziert und gilt als eine der ursprünglichsten Zubereitungsarten der Andenregion.
