Still one of my all time favorite photos. 😍

I rarely get to post it because the original format is so tall that it never fits well into Instagram’s crop. 😅😭

I took this photo eight years ago during my first trip to Rome using nothing but my iPhone. 📱 A good reminder that great photos are about much more than the camera you use. 😉

I also included the edit in the slides. Just straightening the image in @lightroom completely changes the feel of the photo. 🤩.

Warm summer evenings at Wanderer with a cold Radler, sitting on the warm cobblestones at Tiergärtnertorplatz. Early morning runs up the Burgberg to catch the first light. Feet in the Pegnitz, watching the world slow down.

No matter where I travel, this feeling will always be home. ☀️

Kaum zu glauben, dass diese Reise erst ein Jahr her ist🤯. Und trotzdem fühlt es sich an, als läge sie schon eine kleine Ewigkeit zurück.

Endlose Schotterpisten, Lagerfeuer unter einem Sternenhimmel, wie man ihn in Europa kaum noch erlebt, Sonnenaufgänge mitten im Nirgendwo und diese besondere Freiheit, die nur ein Roadtrip mit guten Freund*innen vermitteln kann.🥰

Jeder Tag brachte neue Landschaften, neue Überraschungen und das Gefühl, ganz weit weg vom Alltag zu sein.🙏🏻

Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind mir die Begegnungen mit den Tieren, die unglaublichen Weiten und die Momente, in denen wir einfach nur dasaßen und die Aussicht genossen haben. 😍🙏🏻

Namibia hat eine ganz besondere Art, einen klein wirken zu lassen und gleichzeitig das Herz mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen zu füllen. Eine Reise, die sofort wieder Fernweh auslöst, sobald man die Bilder anschaut. ☺️🙏🏻
